All products and services offered by LunaCco are digital and delivered electronically. These include individual virtual products, subscription-based memberships, hosting, and website templates.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not applicable for digital products and services due to their nature. However, exceptions are made in cases where there is an error with the product or service that is not user-generated.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The user changes their mind after purchase.
  • The user does not have the necessary expertise to use the product.
  • The product does not meet the user’s expectations or requirements, unless it significantly deviates from the description provided at the time of purchase.
  • The product was purchased by mistake.

5. Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered as described on our website.
  • The product is defective, corrupted, or otherwise unusable, and the issue is not caused by user error.
  • The user is unable to access the product due to technical issues on LunaCco’s end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, refunds may be issued if:

  • The user cancels their subscription within the first 7 days of the initial purchase and has not utilized the service.
  • There are ongoing technical issues with the service that LunaCco is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Web Hosting Products

Refunds for web hosting products are subject to the following conditions:

  • No refunds will be provided for web hosting products after the initial 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If a web hosting subscription is canceled within the first 7 days of the initial purchase, a partial refund may be granted. The refund will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service minus any costs incurred for server resources and domain registrations, which cannot be canceled or refunded by LunaCco.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any domain registrations, setup fees, or additional services related to the web hosting package.

8. Sale Items

  • Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. All sales of discounted items are final.

9. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must follow these steps:

  1. Contact LunaCco customer support via email at support@lunacco.design within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Provide the order number, product or service details, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. LunaCco customer support will review the request and may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps.

10. Refund Approval and Processing

  • If the refund request is approved, LunaCco will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Users will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

LunaCco reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and users will be notified via email if significant changes are made.
