Refund and Return Policy
Digital Products (Fonts, Mockups, Templates, etc.)
Due to their nature, all sales of digital products (including fonts, mockups, social media templates, lead magnet templates, and other business-related templates) are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on these items once they have been delivered. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchased files, such as corrupted files or technical difficulties, please contact us at [email protected], and we will gladly assist you with repairs or provide support.
Services (Web Design, Graphic Design, SEO, AI Brandshoots, AI-Assisted Copywriting)
- Cancellations: Requests to cancel services must be made before the project start date outlined in your contract or purchase agreement. While we begin gathering assets and preparing for your project immediately upon receiving your deposit, the 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after the agreed-upon start date.
- Refunds for Services: We generally do not offer refunds for services once the project start date has passed. In certain circumstances, such as significantly incomplete projects, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. However, this is not guaranteed and will be determined based on the amount of work already completed.
- Semi-Custom and Custom Work (Brands & Websites): We do not offer refunds on completed semi-custom or custom projects. Please ensure you understand the scope of the project and the platform compatibility before commissioning this type of work. All semi-custom websites require a hosting package. We are not responsible for refunds due to misunderstandings regarding platform compatibility.
Platform Compatibility
Our semi-custom and custom websites are designed and compatible exclusively with WordPress using our LunaMuse hosting. This allows us to provide comprehensive solutions incorporating premium plugins covered by our agency licensing. If you wish to host your website elsewhere, you must purchase and maintain the required plugins yourself or purchase a separate care plan, which is often more expensive than our inclusive hosting option.
Deposit Information
Our standard deposit for custom work is 50% of the total project cost. This deposit is non-refundable once the project start date has passed, as we begin allocating resources and preparing for your project immediately upon payment.
